Is your software compliant with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, etc.?

Yes, in so far as your current controls provide appropriate support for those controls.

Is your software mobile-friendly or available as a mobile app?

Yes, AskQ is available through the Teams Mobile application, or any custom web control or Power App.

How long does implementation typically take?

We can build a POC in a few days to prove that the solution will work using your documents and data. Each production deployment varies depending upon the solution, but it is typically 1-2 weeks for each tool or application.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO) and identity providers like Okta or Azure AD?

Yes.

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

No. There is an amount of effort required to setup AskQ with your documents and data. We can show you the pre-built demonstrations we have developed.

Are there different tiers or packages based on features or usage?

We offer a reduced rate for your first functional use case. When you expand beyond that original footprint, we charge you the full company license.

What sets your software apart from competitors?

Our main competitors are functional "point" solutions, usually SaaS tools. They do things like process and document automation. Qualyfi offers a private and fully customisable solution, not a one-size-fits-all SaaS tool.

Do you offer support during the onboarding process?

Yes. AskQ is an enterprise platform, not a SaaS tool, so we are able to customise the engagement to suit your needs. You can choose the level of help you need.

What’s on your product roadmap for the next 12–18 months?

We have an exciting roadmap ahead. AI services are developing at a phenomenal rate, so it's hard to be precise. We will continue to develop our classification, ingestion, agent and workflow controls to maximise context and accuracy.

Is your solution scalable for large organizations or fast-growing companies?

AskQ is deployed on Microsoft Azure cloud technology. We can scale our solutions to the limits of Microsoft's capability.

How is your software priced? (subscription, license, etc.)

We license AskQ on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of 12 months.

What industries do you specialize in or support?

AskQ is an industry-agnostic solution.

How do you ensure data security and privacy?

AskQ is deployed on your Azure cloud infrastructure, so it inherits your security controls and governance.

Where is our data stored, and who has access to it?

It is stored in Azure services in your subscription. You can decide who has access to the data.

Can your platform integrate with our existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)?

Yes, we can use APIs and MCP to connect AskQ with data sources, applications and other useful information.

Can we migrate our existing data into your platform?

Yes, but it's not a classic data migration. We auto-classify your document and data stores, and then ingest a subset of that into your AI models.
